SWILD is an independent research and consulting association of wildlife biologists. Organized as an non-for-profit organisation we are working since 1989 in the fields of urban ecology, wildlife research, nature conservation and communication.
On this website we introduce you to some of our projects and to our offerings for leaflets, exhibitions, postcards and websites. However, most of the content exists only in german so far.

How to find us

By public transport:
From Zurich Main Station (Zurich HB):
Take tram no. 14 direction Triemli until stop "Schmiede Wiedikon" (9 minutes). After that, it is a short walk of 10 minutes to our office (see map).

From Train Station Zurich Stadelhofen
Take tram no. 9 from the tram stop Bellevue in the direction of Triemli until stop "Schmiede Wiedikon" (11 minutes). After that it is a short walk to our office (see map).

By private car:
Arrival from the northern or western part of Zurich Transit in the direction of Chur (green road signs in the direction of Chur). On the Weststrasse (see map) follow the blue road signs in the direction of Luzern. On the Manessestrasse turn right to the Zelgstrasse (small street). After that take the first turning on the left (Dubsstrasse) and again the first turning on the left (Wuhrstrasse).

Arrival from the southern part of Zurich
Take the motorway from Chur and than the track to Zürich Wiedikon (transit in the direction of Bern). At the end of the motorway take the left track (you see the sports field Sihlhölzli on the right). On the Schimmelstrasse take the track on the left and after the first traffic light turn left into the Werdstrasse. Take the first turning on the left at the next traffic light to the Weststrasse and than take the right track (blue road signs in the direction of Luzern). On the Manessestrasse turn right to the Zelgstrasse (small street). After that take the first turning on the left (Dubsstrasse) and again the first turning on the left (Wuhrstrasse).

Arrival from the eastern part of Zurich
From the Bellvue Square follow the blue road signs in the direction of Luzern. On the Manessestrasse turn right to the Zelgstrasse (small street). After that, take the first turning on the left (Dubsstrasse) and again the first turning on the left (Wuhrstrasse).
